Long-Term
Leak Testers

Vidac has designed several unique Long-Term leak testers for unique products. 

The tester here is designed to evaluate high temperature flange gaskets for degradation over long periods of time. This tester has the following parameters:

Left Side (low temperature)

• 0-300 C
• 50-600 PSI

Left Side (high temperature)

• 0-600 C
• 50-600 PSI

Our 3D design capability allowed us to design a leak-proof heated chamber and all aspects of the design before building. With a 1 year test length, even the most microscopic leak becomes significant.

All test data is displayed on a large screen so that the test can be observed from anywhere in the lab. Test data is recorded in SQL by LabVIEW and all safety and controls are handled by an Allen-Bradley PLC
