Dry Gas Seal Tester V3.0

Utilizing our latest design, this system is designed to evaluate very high speed dry gas compressor seals and, like others we have built, runs a API-692 test in automated mode.

Optimized for use in a seal-rebuild facility, some features are minimized while still maintaining extreme user-friendly operation.

All support equipment such as oil pressure, temperature control and safety is automatically configured for both the test system and the seal under test.

This particular tester has no gearbox and operates on a custom high-speed motor that has excellent torque and speed stability from 1 RPM to full-speed.

– Tandem
– Double

Parameters:
– Speed: 1 RPM to 20,000 RPM
– Inlet Pressure: up to 450 BAR
– Outlet Pressure: 425 BAR
