Working with our suppliers and customers closely allows Vidac to build some test equipment that fills very specific needs.

This is one of our flow benches that permits the customer to track the performance of gas valves and gas regulators across the full range of operating pressure and flow. The data acquisition is fast to plot the opening and closing curves of the valve under test.

As with all of our equipment, this is more than just a bunch of sensors wired to a DAQ card. This bench allows fully automated test via a PC as well as simple manual operation that doesn’t even require the PC to be on.

We also manufacture a unique multi-stage flow control valve that permits 1000:1 turn-down control on flow restriction. This permits the operator to use a single outlet valve to simulate almost any orifice, burner or gas jet.

• 0-50 ” H2O air pressure output with 0<0.25″ deviation
• 0-300 LPM flow rate
• Integral flow control valve
• Multiple power supplies that operate in AC or DC mode as well thermocouple simulators to maintain gas valve operation.
